Manuel Zertuche is currently Dean of the School of Engineering and Sciences, in Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He served as executive director of the Cross Border Institute for Regional Development, president of the Biotechnology Cluster for the state of Nuevo Leon, and Secretary of the Mexican Society of Biotechnology and Bioengineering; He is a member of the Technological Liaison Board of CAINTRA, and a counselor of the NL Innovation Fund.
He has collaborated with agencies and organizations such as the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development (UNIDO), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and UNESCO, among others, in regional strategic development projects and technological foresight.
He has been a speaker at more than 200 international technology management and development forums.
