Airbus serves as a global leader in the aerospace and defense industry, and consists of Airbus, Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters. Through a variety of initiatives, Airbus “constantly strives for improvement by driving technological innovation, forging new partnerships and strengthening its localized presence around the globe”. Airbus has played a key role in supporting the GEDC, most notably with its significant support of the Airbus GEDC Diversity Award since 2013.
