PROF. (DR.) Kadole Pradyumkumar Vasant isDirector of DKTE’s Textile & Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, INDIA. He holds PhD in Textile Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India & M.Tech. in Textile Technology from Anna University, Chennai, India He received CText FTI Degree from The Textile Institute, UK and also FIE from ‘The Institution of Engineers (India)’..Dr Kadole has published 120 research papers in International & National journals of repute and he also presented 51 papers in National & International Conferences. He has also authored 5 books. He has guided 9 students for PhD in Textile Engineering. He is also serving as a Chairman of ‘The Institution of Engineers (India) Kolhapur Local Center.

He has been working as Reviewer for Textile Research Journal, USA, Reviewer for Journal of Industrial Textiles, USA. Dr Kadole has been recipient of ‘Golden Educationist of India’ Award from International Institute of Education & Management, New Delhi for Outstanding Achievements in the field of Education. He has received ’Life Time Education Achievement Award’ from International Institute of Education & Management, New Delhi for Outstanding Achievements in the field of Education. He has also got ‘Best Principal Award’ instituted by Institute for Exploring Advances in Engineering (IEAE). He has received ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ in Research by International Organization of Scientific Research & Development (IOSRD), Bangalore. He also received ‘Life Time Achievement Award 2019’ by Integrated Chambers of Commerce & Industry for Technical Education. Dr Kadole has been Co-ordinator/Principal Investigator for Nine Government Supported Projects. He has carried out more than 80 Project Consultancy assignments for industry in the areas of Spinning, Weaving, Garments, Technical Textiles.
Dr. Kadole as a Principal/Director of DKTE’s Textile and Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji brought laurels to the institute like;
- Autonomous Status to the institute granted by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Shivaji University in 2016
- Accreditation by National Assessment and Accreditation Council NAAC by getting A+ Grade with CGPA 3.53 in 2017
- National Board of Accreditation NBA has accredited 9 programs in the year 2017 and 2018
- Permanent Affiliation to all the programs has been given by Shivaji University in the Year 2015
- Received Two times Award ( in 2015 and 2017) as Best Industry Linked Technical Institute from AICTE – CII in the nation-wide survey to assess the intensive interaction of institute with industry
